Committee Function
General Assemblies
General Assemblies and Regional Bodies at DeMUN follow a traditional Model United Nations format focused on structured debate, diplomacy, and resolution writing.
These committees simulate large multilateral institutions such as UN General Assembly organs or regional organizations. Delegates represent sovereign states and work collaboratively to address complex global issues through negotiation and coalition-building.

Unmoderated caucuses for negotiation
Draft resolutions
Amendments (If time permits)

Historical Specialized
Historical Specialized Committees at DeMUN combine structured debate with dynamic crisis elements in a hybrid format.
